Ballet and a Bratwurst!

Last night was the ballet concert that everyone has been eagerly awaiting. Well, Avery was very excited, she got to wear lipstick and had her mom curl her hair. Dad had the video camera out and Avery got more excited...by the time we arrived to the concert she could barely contain herself. She became the dancing comedian, hamming it up for all the video camera's especially mugging for her Dad behind the most important camera. She spoke the loudest English ever heard in the Tanzing studio, but she looked awfully cute doing it. To quote Steve "we will now cross Ballerina off the list of possible professions" but she did have a good time, and the teacher'Ricardo-who by the way was veeeerrrrryyyy flexible!Yikes!-said she really is doing well but was just a little excited tonight-really??? After the concert, we met our neighbors down at the Christmas market where Ady feasted on Bretzel and Avery on Bratwurst, Steve and I couldn't stomach any of the food, so we powered back some 2X strong beer (cellar beer?) and some Himbeer wine...good times! But it is Avery's last day at school tomorrow and her first report card.......I wonder if she is social enough????
